Thomas W. Olliff serves as the Senior Vice President of Broward College. Olliff is responsible for providing senior leadership in the areas of finance, budget, operations, facilities, procurement, human resources, information technology, capital construction and economic development. For ten previous years, Olliff served as Deputy Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the South Florida Water Management District. Olliff also served as the County Administrator for Collier County Government in Naples, Florida.

Olliff has served on boards for Florida Gulf Coast University, Palm Beach Atlantic University, Naples Community Hospital, the David Lawrence Mental Health Institute, St. Matthews House Homeless Shelter, the United Way’s Mission United Board, the Everglades Coalition and served as a Trustee for Hodges University. He has been involved professionally with the Project Management Institute, the International City and County Manager's Association, and the National Association of College and University Business Officers. He is married to Carolyn Olliff, a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and current student at Knox Theological Seminary. They live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
